Radha Manaois
Radha Manaois is the founder of Conscious Collective, a space devoted to helping people feel more grounded, connected, and uplifted in everyday life. With degrees in Nuclear and Mechanical Engineering, she spent years working in high-performance technical environments before a deeper search for balance led her to the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and the path of bhakti-yoga — where she found not just answers, but a way of living that felt steady and real.
Today, Radha brings those two worlds together. In the same way she once engineered external systems, she now helps people work with their inner world — learning to work with the mind, reconnect with the heart, and live with greater clarity. She is a 1,000+ hour certified yoga instructor and host of the Gita in Action podcast, where she makes ancient wisdom practical and accessible. Through Conscious Collective, she curates experiences blending movement, breath, meditation, sound, and spiritual reflection — spaces where people can slow down and return to themselves.
Radha lives in Pittsburgh with her husband, their toddler, and two dogs. Their interfaith marriage and the rhythms of motherhood continue to deepen her practice, inviting her to live these teachings not just in theory, but in real life. At the heart of her work is a simple intention: to help people move from overthinking to alignment, from pressure to presence, and from disconnection back to something deeper.

Brittany Payne
Brittany is a yoga teacher, space holder, and lover of real, honest connection. Her offerings are rooted in the belief that yoga is less about doing it “right” and more about showing up with sincerity.
With over a decade of personal practice, she weaves movement, breath, and reflection into experiences that feel accessible, meaningful, and deeply human. Her classes often explore themes like presence, softness, service, and love: for ourselves, for the world around us, and for a power beyond.
A few years ago, Brittany resigned from school teaching in Florida and moved to her husband’s small Virginia hometown. She will always have a deep affinity for children, and for Florida weather. When she isn’t teaching yoga, Brittany is probably playing chauffeur or chef to her two teenage boys, or wrangling her four extraordinarily fluffy dogs.
Brittany dreams of a world where humans live in greater harmony with nature. There isn’t a snoot she doesn’t want to boop or a tree she doesn’t want to hug. When she finds the ever-elusive free moment, she is most likely piddlin’ in her garden with a cup of tea or wandering her property in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Brittany’s intention is simple: to create spaces where people can exhale, feel supported, and reconnect to what matters most.
