The Journey of the Heart
Delhi | Rishikesh | Jaipur | Vrindavan
February 12-24, 2027
Upcoming RetreatThis is a journey of the heart through India’s sacred cities, beginning in Delhi and moving from the banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh, through the color and beauty of Jaipur, to the heart of devotion in Vrindavan before returning to Delhi.
We begin gently, grounding ourselves and turning inward to explore the identities and patterns that shape how we love. Through yoga, kirtan, temple visits, shared meals, meaningful conversation, and honest reflection, we’ll open toward a love that is expansive rather than possessive, rooted in truth rather than fear.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to love with more wholeness, openness, and steadiness, and to carry that deeper way of being home with us.
Come open. Leave transformed.

Arrive at New Delhi International Airport, where you will be warmly received and transferred to your hotel (approx. 40 minutes).
Take the evening to rest, settle in, and gently arrive into the journey. Overnight stay in Delhi.
February 13:
Delhi → Rishikesh
(Drive: ~5 hours)
After breakfast, depart for Rishikesh, a sacred town nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas where the holy Ganges River emerges from the mountains. Rishikesh is known as the Yoga Capital of the World and carries a deep spiritual legacy. It is also associated with Lord Rama and Lakshman, and became globally recognized when the Beatles visited Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s ashram in the 1960s.
After arriving and settling in, enjoy a peaceful walk along the banks of the Ganga—an opportunity to ground, take in the beauty of the river, and begin connecting with the energy of this sacred place. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
February 14: Waterfall Trek & Ganga Aarti
Begin the day with morning yoga. Later, embark on a scenic trek to Neelgadu Waterfall (approximately 3 hours roundtrip). The trail winds through the Himalayan foothills along narrow jungle paths, leading to a refreshing waterfall cascading over natural rock formations. The clear, cool water invites you for a dip, while butterflies flutter through the surrounding wildflowers.
In the evening, experience the sacred Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan Ashram—a deeply moving ceremony filled with chanting, fire offerings, and devotion on the banks of the river. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
February 15: Vashistha Cave & Sacred Ganga Experience
Begin the day with morning yoga. After breakfast, visit Vashistha Cave, an ancient meditation cave where the great sage Vashistha is said to have performed deep austerities. The space holds a profound stillness, offering a rare opportunity to sit in silence and feel the energy of centuries of spiritual practice.
Nearby, you’ll have the option to take a sacred dip in the Ganges, accompanied by mantra chanting—an incredibly grounding and purifying experience.
In the evening, visit Triveni Ghat to witness another beautiful Ganga Aarti.
During our time in Rishikesh, we may also have the opportunity to attend the Rishikesh Kirtan Festival. If it is taking place, we will plan to join in the evenings—immersing ourselves in devotional music, community, and the uplifting energy of kirtan. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
February 16: Integration Day in Rishikesh
Begin the day with a gentle morning yoga practice and breakfast. This day is intentionally more spacious, offering time for rest, reflection, and integration. You may choose to explore local cafes, walk through the markets, sit quietly by the Ganga, or simply slow down and be.
Depending on the energy of the group, we may also choose to add a spontaneous excursion or shared experience—allowing something special to unfold naturally. In the evening, we may attend Ganga Aarti or join the Kirtan Festival, if available. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
February 17: Kunjapuri Sunrise Experience
Feb. 17: Kunjapuri Sunrise Experience
Wake early (around 4:30 AM) for a special excursion to Kunjapuri Temple, perched high in the mountains. From this sacred vantage point, experience a breathtaking sunrise over the Himalayas, as the first light touches the snow-capped peaks and the valley below.
After sunrise, enjoy a scenic walk down the mountain before returning to the hotel for breakfast. The afternoon is open for rest or optional visits, such as the Beatles Ashram, known for its graffiti-covered meditation halls and peaceful forest setting.
This time may also open space for a spontaneous group outing or deeper exploration, depending on how everyone is feeling. In the evening, visit Parmarth Niketan Ashram for Ganga Aarti or attend kirtan festivities. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
February 18: Rishikesh → Jaipur (Flight)
Begin the day with a final morning yoga practice in Rishikesh. After breakfast, transfer for your flight to Jaipur, the vibrant Pink City, where the historic center is painted in a distinctive terracotta hue—symbolizing hospitality and warmth.
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and settle into the colorful, royal atmosphere of Rajasthan. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
February 19: Jaipur Exploration
Begin the day with morning yoga. After breakfast, visit the majestic Amber Fort, a stunning hilltop palace with grand courtyards, intricate carvings, and sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.
Return to the city to explore Jaipur’s iconic landmarks, including:
Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) — an elaborate pink sandstone façade adorned with delicate latticework and carved balconies, where royal women once observed the bustling streets below without being seen
Jantar Mantar — a fascinating royal observatory featuring massive stone instruments used to study the stars and track time with remarkable precision
In the afternoon, visit local artisan spaces such as a rug workshop and gem factory, where you can witness skilled artisans practicing the intricate art of weaving, cutting, and polishing. Later, visit sacred temples including Birla Temple, Govind Dev Ji Temple, and the beloved Hanuman Temple, experiencing the devotional side of Jaipur. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
February 20: Jaipur – Rest, Culture & Exploration
Begin the day with yoga and breakfast. This day is intentionally more relaxed. You may choose to enjoy:
A spa or Ayurvedic massage
Jaipur’s traditional block printing and textile arts
Exploring vibrant markets filled with colorful fabrics, handcrafted goods, and world-renowned gemstones and jewelry
Or simply rest and integrate the journey so far
Depending on the mood of the group, we may also choose to add a spontaneous outing or experience—keeping space for something unexpected and special. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
February 21: Jaipur → Govardhan / Vrindavan
(Drive: ~5 hours)
