Join us for Fill Your Cup
Evenings to Reset and Reconnect

This event was born from a shared vision between three women — to create a space where people could step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with themselves, with others, and with something deeper.

Over the course of two intentionally curated hours, we move through meditation, breath work, somatic movement, an immersive sound bath, wisdom, and genuine connection with like-minded people. The experience is meant to help you slow down, exhale, open your heart, and step out of the rush of daily life for a little while.

One of the things we hear most often is, “I didn’t want it to end.”

There’s something really special that happens in the space — people soften, open up, and feel truly cared for.

From relaxing foot massages and the thoughtful little details woven throughout the evening, to wholesome vegetarian refreshments prepared and served with love, everything is created with the intention of helping you leave feeling lighter, calmer, inspired, and more connected.

During our weekly Fill Your Cup events, you’ll experience

✨ Gentle movement to release tension and settle into your body

🎶 A deeply relaxing sound bath, inviting rest and restoration

🌿 A short wisdom reflection focused on self-care, radical acceptance, and connection

☕ Shared refreshments and nourishing treats to encourage conversation and community

These evenings are about creating a space where you can simply be safe, and be yourself. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and refreshed.

What to bring

A yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable (optional blanket or pillow). Yoga mats will be available to borrow if you don’t have one.

Who it’s for

Open to all—no prior experience with yoga, meditation, or spiritual practices is needed.
