Come Home to Yourself:
A Women’s Retreat in Guatemala
November 7-14, 2026
Lake Atitlán
Step away from the noise —and return to yourself.
This all-women’s retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and come back to the part of you that often gets lost in the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of everyday life.
We’ll begin our journey in the charming city of Antigua, where you’ll arrive on November 7 and be welcomed into our first gathering together—a space to ground, set intentions, and begin building connection within the group.
The following day, we’ll explore Antigua through a lighthearted city scavenger hunt before traveling to our home for the week: an eco-friendly bamboo guest house nestled into the hillside of Lake Atitlán.
Surrounded by lush nature, breathtaking lake views, and rich Mayan culture, this space offers the perfect backdrop to unplug, reflect, and reconnect.
Throughout the week, you’ll experience a blend of rest, adventure, and meaningful connection, including:
Daily breath work and gentle asana practice to ground and reset
Waterfall hikes and refreshing lake swims
Traditional cacao ceremony
Daily Yoga Classes with Andrea
Sweat lodge experience
Fire ceremony under the stars
Visits to local markets and Mayan weavers
Optional kayaking on the lake
Group sessions centered on self-discovery, inner alignment, and spiritual connection
Spacious time to rest, journal, and simply be
This retreat is rooted in the theme Coming Home to Yourself—exploring what it means to move from pressure into presence, from external validation into inner fulfillment, and from doing more… into being more fully.
Our sessions draw from timeless spiritual wisdom (inspired by the Bhagavad Gita), while remaining deeply practical, relatable, and accessible—whether you’re just beginning your journey or have been walking this path for years.
Retreat Flow
After our first night together in Antigua, we’ll travel as a group to Lake Atitlán on Sunday. It’s about a 3-hour drive, and we’ll arrange private group shuttles (included in your retreat cost) for everyone.
Lake Atitlán is incredibly beautiful and sacred—surrounded by volcanoes and small villages. It’s deeply peaceful and carries such a powerful spiritual energy. This is where we’ll spend the majority of our retreat. On Friday, we’ll return together to Antigua for one final night before everyone flies home the next day.

Daily Rhythm - A glimpse
While we’ll keep things spacious and intuitive, we’ll begin each morning with optional meditation and yoga, creating a gentle and grounding start to the day.
From there, our time will be a blend of:
Exploring the beauty of the area (waterfalls, lake time, local experiences)
Connection sessions, reflection, and group discussions
Kirtan and mantra experiences woven throughout the retreat
Time to rest, integrate, and simply be
The intention is to create a balance between movement and stillness, connection and personal space—so you can fully reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
