A day to slow down, reconnect, and leave a little lighter than you came.
Sometimes we don't need to completely change our lives—we just need a little space to step away from the noise, reconnect with ourselves, and remember what actually matters.
Join us for a day at beautiful New Vrindavan designed to help you slow down, connect, and fill your cup. We'll begin with morning yoga, share breakfast together, and move into an interactive connection session exploring “What Are You Carrying That You Can Put Down?” Through reflection, conversation, and practical wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita, we'll look at the things we carry—expectations, pressure, other people's opinions, outcomes we can't control—and consider what might happen if we loosened our grip a little.
We'll spend the afternoon exploring the Palace of Gold, sharing lunch together, and finish the day with our Fill Your Cup Sound Bath—two hours to rest, receive, and simply be.
No previous experience with yoga, meditation, or the Bhagavad Gita is needed. Just come as you are.
